For more than 75 years, Plastica Thermoforming is a specialist in vacuum forming and thermoforming of custom-made plastic sheet products. Our experienced team consists of a number of engineers who turn your wishes into a vacuum formable design. At our R & D department we design our moulds and dies after which we produce them in our workshop. Because we (almost) design and produce everything ourselves, we can keep costs low and quality high. The entire process is supervised from A to Z by our skilled colleagues so that we deliver outstanding (end) products. We are therefore ISO certified and quality is paramount to us. The most comprehensive options; Vacuum forming, draping, bending, setting, gluing, sawing, milling, and complete assembly of products:It all belongs to the possibilities of Plastica Thermoforming. We think along with you from the beginning and guide you and your idea and eventually your product from the first sketch to the end product.
