One of our products in “real life”! The windshield / canopy of the NUON Solar Auto from TU Delft is made by us.
We have poured the PU mold into one big block. Normally we have to glue smaller blocks together so that a seam is visible. After the 5-axis CNC milling of the template, it is completely seamless. Then we polished the mold and varnished and the result is a beautiful clear windshield without any marking!
