For many years already, Plastica is a specialist in vacuum forming and thermoforming of plastic parts. For example, we use CNC mililng as a refinement.

CNC milling
A post-process that we carry out after forming our products is 5-axis CNC milling. It is a computer-controlled operation and therefore very accurate.
For CNC milling operations we can guarantee tolerances of +/- 0.1 mm. The maximum processing sizes of our products are 6500 x 2000 x 900 mm.
